Gastro / Commercial The interior of the canteen in the Panorama City project was intended to combine traditional design with a modern new building. This concept was reflected in the choice of materials, which added a sense of warmth to cold yet practical materials such as concrete, metal, and glass. We opted for oak wood and plenty of upholstery, which match the building in color but are soft to the touch, ultimately making the interior feel pleasant and comfortable. As with the beginning of every canteen or restaurant project we undertake, we collaborated with gastro-technologists to design a space-efficient and operationally seamless layout. The shaping of the counters and the floor layout naturally guide diners from the entrance to the serving area, then to the seating section, and finally through the dish return area and out of the facility. By selecting comfortable and diverse seating, as well as warm lighting, we transformed an open, impersonal space into a pleasant canteen interior.
