We furnished the top-floor apartment at the Grand Koliba residence in a minimalist style, which we believe will meet the requirements of its future owners. We aimed to divide the relatively large floor area so that each of the three rooms would have its own sanitary facilities and privacy. We centered all rooms around a central multifunctional cube accented with dark wood. All storage spaces were concealed to blend in with the layout of the space, ensuring they remain unobtrusive. In this way, there is ample storage with various uses, making it suitable for storing all necessary household items. Visually, we based the apartment's design on a contrast between light shades of ceramics and wood with dark large-format birch veneer. Through this division of tones (light colors on the floor, dark in the space), we achieved a fresh and unconventional interior design. At the same time, we paid close attention to refining the details in the custom furniture design, ensuring that even seemingly simple pieces are maximally functional. The lighting concept is divided into two levels: functional lighting to illuminate the space and designer lighting focused on specific functions. This division helps create a specific atmosphere at different times of the day and for various occasions.
