Ján Novák
Founding Partner & Principal Architect
A team of passionate architects dedicated to creating spaces that inspire, sustain, and endure.
Founded in 2010 by Ján Novák and Mária Kováçová, WINWIN Architects emerged from a shared vision to create meaningful architecture that serves both people and planet.
What began as a small studio in Bratislava has grown into a recognized practice with projects across Central Europe. Our name reflects our core belief: successful architecture creates win-win outcomes for clients, communities, and the environment.
Today, our team of eight dedicated professionals brings together diverse expertise in residential, commercial, and cultural architecture. We continue to push boundaries while staying true to our founding principles of human-centered, sustainable design.
We believe architecture should respond to its context, serve its users, and inspire the human spirit. Every line we draw, every space we create, is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the world.
We prioritize the needs and experiences of people who inhabit the spaces we create, ensuring every design decision enhances daily life.
Environmental responsibility is at the core of our work. We integrate sustainable materials and energy-efficient solutions into every project.
Each project responds thoughtfully to its surroundings, respecting local culture, climate, and built environment.
We create architecture that transcends trends, designing buildings and spaces that remain beautiful and relevant for generations.
The creative minds behind WINWIN Architects, dedicated to bringing your vision to life.
