Gastro / Commercial We were approached to design and implement the interior of a canteen in a renovated building in Žilina. Its location on Poštová Street guided the direction of our visual concept, resulting in an optimistic white, blue, and red design. In the initial stage, we proposed an overall layout and operational concept that allowed the investor to utilize the space most efficiently. We succeeded in designing a functional and seamless serving area connected to the kitchen, and we zoned the seating area so that visitors feel comfortable even in an open-plan space. The canteen's striking visual concept attracts visitors and encourages them to return. As with most of our other projects, we were involved from the initial concept through to implementation. By coordinating technical trades and final contractors, we were able to bring the vision to a successful completion. The project includes a custom-made serving counter with a stone top and cladding, as well as a hand-painted menu board. The pendant lighting in the shape of interconnected circles in the seating area was originally designed and manufactured exclusively for this space, ensuring its uniqueness and memorability.
